Cancellation / No Show
Bloom Hair and Beauty understands that sometimes life happens. However, as a small business, cancelations and no-shows really hurt us.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive our services.
Cancellations made within 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge fee of the booked service amount.
No-shows/non-attendance will be charged 100% of the booked service amount.
These must be paid in full before we can make any future appointments for you.
Please note, if you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
If we do not hear from you 10 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and you will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.
Cancellations and no shows have a significant impact on our business, and we hope that you can understand our need to enforce this policy.
